Cleveland commercial real estate firm Ostendorf-Morris (http://www.ostendorf-morris.com) is pleased to announce the recent hiring of a new Senior Vice President. Andrew Chess has just joined the Ostendorf-Morris team, bringing with him 22 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to accepting his new position at Ostendorf-Morris, Chess worked for Colliers International, a local Cleveland retail group and the Cleveland branch of a leading global commercial real estate company. Indeed, Northeast Ohio, where Ostendorf-Morris is located, is Chess’s stomping grounds. Here, he has closed real estate deals spanning investment properties, property development, land sales, industrial transactions, retail investment, and office leasing and sales. His particular areas of expertise are site and property acquisition, land acquisition, and retail, office and industrial landlord and tenant representation.
Over the course of his 22-year career, Chess’s real estate deals have encompassed neighborhood shopping centers (he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers), national restaurants, auto dealerships, health care facilities, land for housing development and everything in between. Some of the well-recognized clients he has played an instrumental role in are Sunoco, Flagstar, JND Properties, Liberty Ford, EZ Energy, Brunswick Auto Mart, Randstad, Dunkin Donuts, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, just to name a few.
“With our real estate focus on the greater Cleveland and Akron regions, there is no better fit for Ostendorf-Morris’s Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Services Group than Andrew Chess,” explains the company’s spokesperson. “Northeast Ohio has been his territory for decades and there is no commercial real estate area in which he hasn’t made his mark on this region. We anticipate him fitting in seamlessly with our operations and goals.”
