“Providing donors with an online giving experience and equipping them with the tools to proactively manage their philanthropy is a vital component of our mission,” explains Robert Fockler, President.

Stroudsburg, PA (PRWEB) June 24, 2014

Stellar Technology Solutions LLC, a leading provider of web-based philanthropic management software, today announced that, after extensive analysis and consideration, the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis (CFGM) has selected Stellar’s iPhi Product Suite® as its new enterprise technology solution. The technology will provide a seamless, single-database infrastructure that will streamline administration and power internet account access and communications services for donors, nonprofits, students, volunteers, committee members and other key partners. The iPhi solution will replace the current MicroEdge FIMS operations management system.

Established in 1969, the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis serves west Tennessee, eastern Arkansas, and northern Mississippi, offering a variety of ways to make an impact though charitable giving. Since the Community Foundation began, CFGM has made grants of $709 million. These gifts benefit many areas of community life, including education, health and human services, the arts, and religious organizations.

The Community Foundation of Greater Memphis will implement iPhi CoreEnterprise™, iPhi DonorView™, iPhi Grantee/ScholarView™ and iPhi CommitteeView™.

CFGM plans to launch a distinctive online environment where donors can closely monitor their charitable accounts and initiate their own giving activities. Donors will have the ability to better leverage the Foundation’s community knowledge and align their giving with identified community priorities. Stellar’s iPhi CoreEnterprise® will also provide CFGM staff with a streamlined administrative environment that will bring increased efficiency and transparency to the various administrative and fiduciary tasks associated with managing approximately 1,000 philanthropic funds.

“Providing donors with an online giving experience and equipping them with the tools to proactively manage their philanthropy is a vital component of our mission,” explains Robert Fockler, President. “Stellar’s iPhi Product Suite® will give us the technical and online tools to do this as well as to streamline our underlying administrative processes.”

“CFGM wishes to increase organizational efficiency in all facets of its non-profit operations,” said Bryan Mileger, President and CEO of Stellar. “The implementation of the iPhi Product Suite® in combination with their mission will allow them to increase constituent services and overall organizational responsiveness while simultaneously decreasing overhead in managing a growing donor and asset base. We’re looking forward to helping the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis achieve these goals.”
