Mitchell’s Fish Market has partnered with Jackson Family Wines, the family-owned luxury wine company behind Kendall Jackson, to take guests’ taste buds on a tour of Napa Valley and Sonoma County with the “California Uncorked” wine pairing dinner. The perfectly paired four-course dinner will be available at 17 participating Mitchell’s Fish Market locations across the United States on Thursday, July 24 at 7 p.m.
“Guests will explore the best of the California wine country accompanied by our farm fresh and grilled selections along with a decadent dessert that will transport our guests to the heart of California wine country,” said Will Wadsworth, Executive Chef of Mitchell’s Fish Market.
The “California Uncorked” menu, which will be offered at $49.99 plus sales tax and gratuity per person, includes:
Appetizer: Shrimp & Vegetable Summer Roll with Classic Dipping Sauce paired with Kendall Jackson, Vintner’s Reserve Riesling, Monterey County
Salad: Fried Goat Cheese Salad - Boston Bibb lettuce, grape tomatoes, red onion, lemon thyme and vinaigrette paired with Matanzas Creek Winery, Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma County
Entrée: Grilled Lobster Tail & Tenderloin Skewer with grilled summer vegetables and sautéed asparagus
paired with Freemark Abbey Merlot, Napa Valley
Dessert: “Campfire” Brownie, Marshmallow, Zinfandel chocolate sauce, and graham cracker crumbs
paired with Murphy-Goode, Liar’s Dice Zinfandel, Sonoma County
