SkinViva Advanced Anti-Ageing Treatment Tackles Hollow Temples
Manchester (PRWEB UK) 24 June 2014 -- Manchester-based SkinViva has launched a number of exclusive, advanced anti-ageing skin treatments in the last year; all aimed at turning back the clock without the need for surgery.
The latest development is the Company’s new ‘Temple Hollows Treatment’. This sophisticated treatment has been designed specifically to tackle the hollows that some patients find appearing on the temples, to the side of the head. These can be particularly ageing, lending a general gaunt look to the face and creating sharp angles rather than a youthful softness.
SkinViva’s treatment involves careful and precise use of the latest long-lasting dermal filler products. These are used to gently smooth out the hollow, revolumising the area so that it blends in with the face. The treatment also provides a subtle lifting effect, erasing fine lines too; as the skin is plumped out and given additional fullness and softer, more youthful contours.
Clinical Director Dr Tim Pearce MB ChB BSc (Hons) MRCGP explains the rationale behind this new skin treatment:
“When it comes to anti-ageing skin treatments, many clients and indeed practitioners too, think first and foremost about targeting the appearance of wrinkles. This can be effective, but focusing on wrinkles alone neglects the bigger changes to the facial structure which can be even more ageing.”
“Temple Hollows are one of the less commonly talked about signs of ageing – mainly because our eyes are usually drawn to lines and wrinkles caused by volume loss, rather than the volume loss itself. Volume loss in the temple gives what is sometimes described as a ‘skeletal’ appearance, causing a shadow in the area that is never present in youth. The skeletal description is quite accurate – the change is actually the shape of the bones revealed by volume loss.”
“Our new Temple Hollows Treatment has been designed to tackle this area by gently revolumising the depressions that appear with age to blend them away for a younger profile.”
Using the latest generation of long-lasting fillers, SkinViva’s doctors can deliver a result that lasts up to 2 years, at which time treatment can be repeated taking full account of any further advances in the ongoing ageing process.
All six of SkinViva’s doctors are trained in this advanced non-surgical technique, which follows the recent launch of the new non-surgical brow lift and the exclusive VivaLift™. These treatments have all been designed and created by Dr Tim Pearce himself; creating a collection of exclusive aesthetic treatments to rejuvenate the face as a whole.
Dr Tim Pearce continued:
“All of SkinViva’s doctors are fully trained in these new procedures; which are also taught to other medical professionals in the Advanced Botox® & Dermal Fillers Training Course at our SkinViva Training school in Manchester.”
