PenFed CEO Honors Hope 360 Co-founders With Award
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (PRWEB) June 24, 2014 -- PenFed (Pentagon Federal Credit Union), one of the nation’s largest credit unions, retained Hope 360 six months ago to train senior executives. The consultancy’s programs are designed to “Help Other People Excel” by taking a whole-person approach from a 360-degree perspective—helping clients redefine success, and navigate through career transitions while balancing demands of life, family, and work. Larry Drake, former president of Coca-Cola’s largest division, and Janice Drake, former senior human resources executive at General Electric and AT&T, co-founded the consultancy and designed the management training approach.
Thirteen of PenFed’s senior executives recently completed Hope 360’s development program. During the final session, PenFed president and CEO, James Schenck, watched the executives present their personal and professional goals and vision for the future of PenFed.
“It was an amazing experience witnessing everyone’s energy, visions, and personal and professional goals that each of the executives set,” said Schenck. “What our leadership team has learned from Larry and Janice will help PenFed reach our ambitious goal of growing assets to $75 billion by 2025. We’re delighted with the results we’ve seen so far and I’m proud to have them as members of our extended PenFed family.”
In honor of the Drake’s service to PenFed, Schenck awarded them the organization’s prized “No Speed Limit” award. The award honors individuals who exemplify excellence by breaking through barriers and demonstrating a substantial and meaningful commitment to serving PenFed’s membership.
