Advanced Tagging lets reviewers choose from predetermined and created tags for easy visual identification. The inline tagging process makes identifying and separating data quick and effortless. Users can create tags for review, implement case-sensitive retention policies, and more to easily separate and work with archived data.
The eDiscovery Suite also provides automated Legal Hold Management to collect relevant data. Create legal holds to permanently or temporarily supersede set retention policies. The Legal Team then creates legal hold notification template emails and can automate an escalation process. Reviewers then produce the data in preferred PST format while leveraging automated data redaction to protect all sensitive information.
