Mark Jennings will drive global sales; his appointment comes at a time when Bond Group plans to expand internationally by 2015. Mark has over 25 years of international sales experience and a proven track record as Vice President of Sales for the following high-tech companies: Nokia, Samsung Telecommunications, AJP Wireless and Emporia Telecom. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. “Mark’s ability to quickly identify an organization’s business needs then develop innovative and cost-effective solutions will be critical to generating strong growth for our advisory & software integration services,” said Lynn Bond, CEO of Bond Group.
Lisa Conkwright will lead regulatory compliance, contract negotiations and commercial legal affairs. She is a seasoned and passionate litigator with over twenty years of experience. Before joining Bond Group, Lisa was General Counsel for Samsung Telecommunications. Prior to that, she was Corporate Counsel for Uniden, manufacturers of wireless consumer electronics products. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Oral Roberts University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. She is licensed to practice law in both Texas and Oklahoma. “Lisa provides both legal and business litigation analysis with an emphasis on problem solving through strategy and big picture thinking,” said Andy Williams, President and COO of Bond Group.
Scot Poorman will be charged with talent management and ensuring the effectiveness, resilience, and quality of life for Bond Group employees. He is a former Airborne Ranger/Army veteran with 30 years of Human Resources experience. Before joining the Dallas-based SaaS solution provider, he was Senior Director of Human Resources at Samsung Telecommunications. Prior to that, Scot demonstrated his People Passion with successful companies including Texas Instruments, Nokia and Sanden Japan. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. “Scot applies his business acumen and international experience to bring real world solutions to a complex, ever changing work place,” said Karen Zina, CFO of Bond Group.
