MSC Nutrition launches Personal Trainer nutrition awareness initiative
Cardiff (PRWEB UK) 26 June 2014 -- Personal training is now accessible to millions of people with many turning to one-to-one fitness advice, and group training sessions, as an alternative to gym workouts. Alongside that, the fit and overweight alike continue to fuel the fitness industry. According to the 2013 State of UK Fitness Industry Report, the market is now worth an estimated £3.92bn and with the population now living longer than ever before and changing gym culture, the personal training market was only ever set to grow through the year.
The trend for personal trainers is not a new one and has been rising over the past few years as Britons have become increasingly health and fitness-savvy. However, the growth of ‘celebrity’ and personal trainers operating in the celebrity scene has brought the industry back into the limelight.
The launch of the initiative demonstrates MSC Nutrition’s commitment to nutritional awareness, and as part of the two month campaign running throughout June and July, have dedicated a social media takeover to provide a host of tips, articles and advice to personal trainers seeking nutritional resources.
Speaking about the initiative, Business Development Director, Rhys Dyer said: “We believe that our ability to deliver a combination of expertise and premium standard products can form the firm foundations for sporting success. Working with us gives you access to a team of nutritional experts, who make nutritional guidance accessible to both you and your clients, as and when you need it.”
