Elmhurst Toyota Scion Hosts USO BBQ for the Troops Saturday, July 19th, 2014
Elmhurst, IL (PRWEB) June 24, 2014 -- Elmhurst Toyota Scion is proud to announce that their annual USO BBQ for the Troops will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2014 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at their dealership, located at 440 W. Lake St. Elmhurst, IL 60126. The event is free to the public, and held as a fundraiser that supports local military troops and their families.
The event will feature live country music by the Senn Alan Band, known for their performances at Joe’s Bar. The USO BBQ for the Troops event will also feature a memorial salute, the VFW Color Guard, and a hog roast by Uncle Bubs from Westmont, IL. The Marines from RSS Dupage North will be set up at Elmhurst Toyota inviting guests to participate in their Physical Training tests for prizes.
“We are excited to be hosting this great event at our dealership again this year. Elmhurst Toyota proudly supports our local military troops and their families, and we look forward to making this a big event every year,” said Kurt Schiele, General Manager at Elmhurst Toyota Scion.
The USO BBQ event at Elmhurst Toyota will also feature a host of raffles and prizes, with all proceeds directly benefiting local military troops and their families.
