Ms. Boland has over 15 years of experience in information technology, working on private sector and state government healthcare and human services program modernization projects. She was most recently Manager of the New York State Medicaid (eMedNY) enterprise-wide Project Management Office (PMO), where she led planning efforts to modernize the State’s Medicaid Management Information System.
