Schwing Bioset, Inc. Draws Record Attendance at Spring Training Seminar
Somerset, Wisconsin (PRWEB) June 26, 2014 -- Schwing Bioset, Inc, (SBI) recently announced that its KSP Pump Service Seminar had record attendance in its Spring 2014 class. Previously hosting only one class per seminar, the strong demand required two separate classes to accommodate the 32 students from all over the world. The classroom and hands-on training were held at SBI’s headquarters in Somerset, Wisconsin, USA.
During two separate weeks, each course was taught over a 3-day time period. SBI’s leading Field Service Technician, Jack Koehler, led the seminar.
Upon completion of the classroom portion, the training shifted gears to SBI’s production facility. There, the students worked side-by-side with Schwing Bioset’s Parts and Service, Quality Control, and Customer Service departments to gain hands-on experience, learning how to properly use and maintain equipment.
The course builds 36 hours toward training and education and can be used for continued education credits, a testimony to the quality of training provided in this seminar.
Scott Springer (Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Service) stated, “It is great to get a chance to host some of our best customers at our facility. These people are responsible for keeping critical processes running on a day-to-day basis. The exchange of ideas and information is incredible. Schwing Bioset learns a lot from the attendees about ideas on what we can do to improve our products and service."
SBI will be hosting at least one more training session this October. As the date moves closer, more details and the seminar sign-up will be available on Schwing Bioset’s website. (http://www.schwingbioset.com)
