M-Files Introduces New Version of Enterprise Information Management Solution With Enhanced Document Collaboration Capabilities

The latest release of the M-Files enterprise information management (EIM) solution includes several new features, including the ability for users to easily annotate, redline and comment on Microsoft Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, Visio documents and PDFs. Multiple users can simultaneously annotate and redline the same file directly from the M-Files client interface without modifying the original file. Content owners have the flexibility to view everyone’s markups at once or see them individually.

- Support for M-Files Server to work with AlwaysOn Availability Groups in SQL server, which improves high-availability and disaster recovery capabilities of the M-Files server service.
