Hompe, a highly accomplished sales executive with more than 20 years of experience working with insurance carriers, technology providers and service providers, will be responsible for all aspects of sales of Adaptik's insurance software products and services.

Prior to joining Adaptik, Hompe served as the Regional VP of Sales for FirstBest Systems where he was their top sales performer for over five years. Prior to FirstBest, Hompe was a Senior Account Executive for Liberty Mutual in both the National Accounts and Alternative Markets divisions.
