AP Invoice Automation
WorkPlace provides a complete and integrated AP Invoice Automation solution to ensure consistent process controls and visibility to invoices across companies and locations. AP Invoice Automation streamlines PO and non-PO invoice transaction entry, approval workflows, reporting, and paperless document processing and storage.
Check Request is now available as a separate solution with a new entry screen tailored for ease of invoice entry. Scanned invoices initiate the Check Request entry from inline attachments with the simple click of a button.
The Vendor self-service portal is a secure website on the Microsoft Azure platform that allows your approved vendors to log into and enter invoices directly against Purchase Orders. Approved vendors may also respond to Requests for Quotation generated from the Requisition solution.
Vendor Portal reduces processing steps and eliminates delayed or lost invoices. WorkPlace Vendor Portal is a cloud-based solution that requires no on-premise hardware or software.
Requisition, Purchasing and Expense Questionnaires and Inline Attachments
WorkPlace 2014 extends the popular questionnaire and inline attachment feature from Expense into Requisition and Check Request. Questionnaires are user-defined to enforce corporate policies based on the type of purchase or expense. The Questionnaire is accessible from Requisition or Check Request Entry, Approval and Review. Inline attachments provide instant visibility to all details of the transaction within a single view.
Mobile Expense and Time Entry for Projects or Jobs
Expense and Time are now integrated with both WorkPlace Project and supported ERP Project and Job Cost systems. The WorkPlace Mobile Application for Expense and Time are available through Apple iTunes and Google Play for iOS and Android devices.
Google Map Integration
WorkPlace Travel and Expense now includes Google map integration for mileage reimbursements. Using a dedicated Travel Route page enforces corporate travel policy by providing a simple and accurate accounting of the user’s mileage driven. The selected routes and mileage are stored alongside the Travel and Expense transactions for audit compliance and workflow. Up to 25 waypoints are supported per travel route with support for personal travel and standard commute deductions based on user.
