Site Insights Dashboard: Operational Performance at a Glance
With the tools in Research Resonance Network, members contribute their operational metrics and then compare their own performance to anonymous, aggregated data from peer organizations.
The dashboard provides quick insight into cycle time, study volume, and staff effort, tracking metrics by providing color-coded percentile rankings for activities in each category. Furthermore, the dashboard includes an overall individual score for an organization that is calculated across all metrics categories.
New Communities for Performance Comparison
New filters have been added that allow members to compare their operational metrics to a variety of groups and organizations.
Compare metrics between groups within an organization: Metrics can be compared to internal management groups within an organization.
Compare metrics with other similar organizations: Participate in communities that consist of organizations that are similar in nature.
Create your own community: In addition to the set of communities available, members can request to create a private community of similar organizations to compare metrics.
