Thomas Land & Development is moving full speed ahead with its Wade Park project in fast-growing Frisco, Texas, announcing its development and leasing teams, along with plans to break ground on August 6. The expansive 110-acre mixed-use “destination” center will be conveniently located just 20 minutes from Dallas at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road, merging an unparalleled blend of upscale retailers, fine dining, entertainment, hotels, commercial office space, and residential housing. With Whole Foods as Wade Park’s featured grocery anchor, Thomas Land & Development plans to announce additional anchor tenants in the coming days, including headline entertainment venues for the new property.

  • UCR - Leasing Partner - United Commercial Realty’s Michael Nagy is partnering on leasing for Wade Park. Founded in 1988, Dallas-based UCR is a recognized leader in retail real estate services.
