eCoach, which works on iOS and Android platforms, as well as on desktop and laptop computers, allows managers to create custom scripts that can be used by inside sales, outside sales, telemarketing, customer service, and other team members. These series of questions and statements can be configured so that team members ask the right questions in the right order, every time.
Additionally, answers to questions can be recorded directly into the eCoach app, allowing those answers to be automatically uploaded to the company’s Salesforce org upon completion of the call or conversation. This information can then be used for training purposes, and for ensuring and proving compliance.
