Rebecca Bains, the Queen of North Country Rock, Appeared on Sheffield Live Radio

Rebecca Bains, the North Country Rock singer/songwriter appeared on Sheffield Live radio on the 27th of June. She was interviewed about her music, her style, influences and her unique brand with her hit song ‘Hard Road’ being played during the show.

Going from musical strength to musical strength Rebecca Bains, the North Country Rock star, was interviewed on Sheffield Live radio on the 27th of June. With her first single ‘Hard Road’ making waves across the country, Sheffield Live felt the time was right to bring Sheffield born Rebecca in to talk to her about her music and her journey so far.

Rebecca’s first single ‘Hard road’, from her upcoming debut album, has experienced radio play and chart success across the country and internationally. On the 27th of June, Sheffield Live interviewed the North Country Rock singer and also played her single exclusively for the first time on a radio station in Sheffield.

Rebecca is proud the song was played in Sheffield, “I’m a Yorkshire lass, and I’m pleased a radio station near to where I am originally from interviewed me and I’m grateful to Sheffield Live for their interest.”

Sheffield Live, also known as SheffieldLive! 93.2FM, is a community radio station established in 2003 and is based in the city centre of Sheffield, England. It features a mixture of shows and musical styles. The radio station is also known for its activities in the local community and its support for Sheffield and various projects in the city.

Rebecca’s music carries a unique message of light. Her live performances are uplifting events that leave her audience enchanted. She is also a patron of a dog charity and takes her staffy cross rescue dog everywhere with her. Her single 'Hard Road' was released on April 27th and various tours are planned to coincide with the release.
