Giving food lovers everywhere a gourmet upgrade to the traditional bright yellow condiment, Vermont-based Green Mountain Mustard pushes the envelope with the newest additions to its unique flavor lineup. The company will exhibit for the first time at the 2014 Summer Fancy Food Show on June 29 – July 1 at the Javits Center in New York City, offering visitors to their booth, #5031, an exclusive first taste of their brand new flavors. These one-of-a-kind mustards include sriracha, sweet potato and apple cinnamon flavors.

"Our flavor profiles expand the possibilities of what mustard can be used for," said Green Mountain Mustard founder, Michael Adams. "We’re taking everyone’s favorite foods from everything bagels, to sriracha and maple syrup, and creating a condiment that can be used to add depth to omlettes, grilled cheese, salmon, and so much more."

Each flavor of mustard is made with rich, wholesome ingredients and is packaged in a 9-ounce BPA-free glass jar. The Atomic Rooster - sriracha mustard offers a spicy kick using Green Mountain Mustard’s made-from-scratch sriracha recipe. And for a sweet and savory combination, the Adams Apple - apple cinnamon mustard has one whole Vermont apple (minus the core, seeds, and stem) in every jar.

With Green Mountain Mustard’s eight current flavors available to purchase online and in more than 50 retailers in the New England area, the company is bringing mind-blowing mustard to the masses. The company plans to release two seasonal flavors including Spud Muffin – sweet potato mustard and Adams Apple – apple cinnamon mustard later this year, just in time for the holiday season.
