Maritime Program Group bets big on technology with a major investment into people and infrastructure that’s led to the promotion of Bill Turner to Chief Information Officer and the hiring of several new IT and Development staff.

Bill Turner certainly has both.” In his new role, Bill is responsible for all aspects of MPG’s information technology including IT Strategy, Security and Compliance, Operations, Software Development, Data and Vendor Management.

Additional new hires include John Luce, IT Supervisor, an expert-level systems and network administrator with a wide range of talent across multiple platforms and topologies. Todd Milano, System Developer, a seasoned .NET and web technology developer who will help MPG build out their rating, issuance and broker portal platforms. And Yumi Kouta, QA Specialist, an experienced software quality assurance professional who tests all aspects of MPG’s various custom software platforms to ensure compliance to stated system requirements.
