BP3 Global, a leading BPM services provider, was included on the list of Top 20 Best Places to Work in Austin in the Small Business category by the Austin Business Journal.

BP3 Global (http://www.bp-3.com) is pleased to announce that it has been named one of the Top 20 Best Places to Work in Austin for 2014 in the Small Business Category (21-50 employees) by the Austin Business Journal. This year, the Austin Business Journal received a record-breaking 276 nominations, 70 of which were honored across four categories.

The Austin Business Journal employed an external firm to confidentially survey nominated companies’ employees on such factors as company climate, team atmosphere, benefits, and employee engagement level. Those companies with the highest rated feedback where included on the list. The final rankings were announced at a celebratory circus-themed luncheon at the Renaissance Austin Hotel.

“Inclusion on the ABJ 2014 Best Places to Work List is a great affirmation of our company and culture,” said Founder and CEO, Lance Gibbs. “The award is especially gratifying because feedback from BP3 employees is what put us on the list. We work with a truly great group of people.”

BP3, which was the only BPM-focused firm on the list, is the industry leader in business process management and has more experience deploying BPM solutions throughout the Fortune 500 than any other firm. As well as providing first class service for its clients, BP3 also strives to create a first class working environment for its employees. Perks and benefits at BP3 include fully funded health, life and long term disability insurance, unlimited PTO, 401(k) and student loan repayment matching, a yearly company wide off-site and an engaging and collaborative atmosphere.
