Unanet Joins Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and Sponsors Their Matchmaking Conference
Dulles, VA (PRWEB) June 30, 2014 -- Unanet, a developer of services automation software that helps organizations manage people and projects for improved profitability, has announced that it has become a member of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce and was a Silver Sponsor of their recent event, The 2nd Annual Northern Virginia B2G Matchmaking Conference.
Unanet is currently a member of other DC metropolitan chambers, including the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce. Unanet also decided to join the Reston Chamber and sponsor their conference after attending several of their networking events. Over 200 attendees gathered for the conference, which took place at The Westin Washington Dulles Airport. The agenda included breakfast, networking, and an opportunity to meet sponsors, government agencies and contractors who had exhibitor booths. Attendees, mostly government contractors, were able to sign up for two matchmaking sessions with Federal Agencies and large prime contractors and attend a business education breakout session. The Keynote was delivered by Antonio Doss, Washington Area District Director, U.S. Small Business Administration.

Agencies include: Defense Intelligence Agency, Defense Logistics Agency, Department of Defense-Washington Headquarters Services, Department of Defense- Human Resource Activity, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Labor, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, Department of Navy, Department of Veterans Affairs, SCORE, Small Business Administration, US Agency for International Development.
