Peggy Schecter Joins SourceMedia as Vice President and Group Publisher

Schecter will manage three titles – Health Data Management, which focuses on healthcare IT; Information Management, a digital-only brand focused on the intersection of technology and business; and Insurance Networking News, which covers technology trends within the insurance space.
Schecter’s expertise in developing business and custom integrated marketing solutions for leading technology companies aligns with SourceMedia’s strategic focus on expanding digital and marketing solutions activities in this sector. She will be based in the company’s New York headquarters and will report to Adam Reinebach, Executive VP and Managing Director of the Professional Services Group.

She most recently worked at Penton Media developing multi-platform marketing programs targeting small and medium-sized businesses (SMB). Prior to that role, the bulk of her career was spent at UBM Tech, where she served as Vice President of Global Accounts and Group Publisher of Bank Systems & Technology, Insurance & Technology, and Wall Street & Technology.
