Social Solutions Global, Inc. Celebrates Mid-Year Successes in Human Services Sector
Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) July 02, 2014 -- Social Solutions Global, Inc., the leading provider of performance management software for human and social services, is proud to welcome more than 100 human services agencies to the community of users of Efforts to Outcomes (ETO®) software in 2014 thus far.
These new customers include the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, Cuyahoga County Employment & Family Services and the Wisconsin Department of Health Services. Additionally, Social Solutions is celebrating the growth of several customers, including South Bay Community Services (lead agency for the Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood) and Youth Policy Institute (lead agency for the Los Angeles Promise Zone), which have reinvested in ETO performance management software to keep up with their growing and dynamic service needs.
The first half of 2014 also marked Social Solutions’ expansion into several international markets, including the United Kingdom with Catch22’s adoption of ETO software, Latin America with the expansion of ETO software to Covenant House’s Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Honduras locations, and Australia with STREAT’s adoption of ETO software.
Social Solutions has also formed several key partnerships to provide ground-breaking tools and services to advance human service organizations’ ability to demonstrate impact, optimize cost-effectiveness and prepare for innovative scaling opportunities such as Pay for Success contracts and Social Impact Bonds. These include strategic partnerships with Iron Data Solutions, Third Sector Capital, and Mathematica Policy Research. The company has also been recognized by external firms for their work in the public sector. Earlier this year, the Technology Council of Maryland named Social Solutions Government Contracting Firm of the Year. Social Solutions was also selected by Gartner as a “Cool Vendor in Government, 2014” (Gartner, Cool Vendors in Government, 2014, Jerry Mechling. Published: 30 April 2014).
The company has focused on the development of new tools and product features to enhance the use of ETO software. Most notably, the company has released 26 Performance Models, research-based ETO software configurations designed to support program performance management for frontline staff and managers in a particular type of program. Performance Models enable large-scale public sector agencies, from the City of Philadelphia to the State of California, to rapidly deploy pre-configured but flexible models that can track highly-individualized, locally-driven services at the participant level while reporting on common outcomes at the aggregate level, across multiple sites and programs.
“I am incredibly proud of the momentum we have continued to build into 2014,” said Scott Johnson, CEO of Social Solutions. “Our unmatched expertise in developing and replicating evidence-based practices through ETO software is helping the advance the human service sector toward actively identifying and replicating what is demonstrably effective. We are excited to develop these partnerships and help these organizations turn good intent into measurable change.”
Social Solutions’ new customers will be joining a community of high performing human services organizations that features such distinguished agencies as the Harlem Children’s Zone®, Nurse-Family Partnership, the Social Security Administration, the California Department of Public Health, Boulder County Department of Community Services, Roca, and the Chicago Benchmarking Collaborative.
