Joe Mamlin, a Principal in CSG’s Healthcare and Human Services practice, recently spoke at the 2014 Colorado Family Support Council (CFSC) Conference held June 1 – 4 in Snowmass, Colorado.
Mr. Mamlin led an interactive session on the application of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) techniques and best practices for project management. He provided state and county child support professionals with tools, templates, and real-world examples to help them apply PMBOK techniques to their child support modernization projects. Mr. Mamlin is a former state child support bureau director, and has over 20 years of experience directing human service programs.
“CSG values our involvement with CFSC,” says Mr. Mamlin. “The Council gives us the opportunity to share real-world experience with the agencies and individuals working to improve program administration.”
