Doug Christian Awarded International Recognition: First Ever National LeTip President of the Year
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) June 29, 2014 -- “Doug has a genuine desire to really connect with people,” Branch-Pettid, said. “He loves to help them grow, not just professionally, but also personally and spiritually.”
LeTip is a professional networking organization made up of members held to the highest caliber of professionalism, striving to do business with one another. Westside Referrals Network (WRN) LeTip had only 16 members when Christian joined the group three years ago. Christian immediately envisioned the group’s potential and worked toward creating an impact in the organization and the small business community.
Doug is a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual Insurance company. He is in the life, health, and Disability portion of insurance and has been working at this for the last 15 years. “He cares about people, he really cares about people,” says Branch-Pettid.
“My goal was to grow WRN LeTip into an exclusive, elite group of business professionals,” he said. Three terms later, his vision is coming true. He and his vice president, Steve Mass, have more than quadrupled the size of the group. It is now thriving and robust; filled with more than six dozen highly successful small business owners.
Since membership is limited to one business per category, people are now vying to get into WRN LeTip, with new categories being filled weekly and 3-4 business owners on average competing for one slot. Christian’s WRN LeTip meetings keep members engaged, encouraged, and feeling valued and heard.
The LeTip International’s motto is “Give, Get, Grow… Repeat” and Branch-Pettid said of Christian’s tireless service to his group, “He will move mountains to help you succeed.”
