Derbyshire-based Ideagen is expanding its portfolio with an acquisition of a mobile-focused content management firm, EIBS. The company will now be able to provide its GRC and Healthcare customers with fully integrated document management systems, intranet and full clinical portals as well as provide them with the ability to share and collaborate documents as well as development of rapid mobile applications.
The acquisition of EIBS will help Ideagen’s customers and partners embrace new digital opportunities and deliver even more business value.

Prior to the EIBS acquisition, the Group acquired Audit and Risk Management firm, Pentana, in November last year and Emergency Department (A&E) Management company, MSS Management in July the same year.

Easysite V7 has recently been released following approximately 30 man years of development and was specifically designed to manage mobile, intranet, extranet and web portals through a single, intuitive web-based system.
