Ideagen Expands its Content Management Presence with EIBS Ltd Acquisition
Matlock, Derbyshire (PRWEB UK) 1 July 2014 -- Derbyshire-based Ideagen is expanding its portfolio with an acquisition of a mobile-focused content management firm, EIBS. The company will now be able to provide its GRC and Healthcare customers with fully integrated document management systems, intranet and full clinical portals as well as provide them with the ability to share and collaborate documents as well as development of rapid mobile applications.
The acquisition of EIBS will help Ideagen’s customers and partners embrace new digital opportunities and deliver even more business value.
