A series of for-credit educational sessions, begun last week by DORMA, an international manufacturer of premium access products and solutions, will continue through this fall as the company takes up residence in its new offices at Suite 1010, 510 Burrard in Vancouver.
This week’s sessions brought together representatives from leading Vancouver firms with expert DORMA personnel. Each program, accompanied by a luncheon, is fully accredited by the American Institute of Architects as well as the Architecture Institute of British Columbia (AIBC). Participants receive one continuing education credit for each hour-long program, contributing to their biennial continuing education requirements for AIBC. In addition to those events conducted in the DORMA offices, the company is able to arrange them in the offices of architecture and design firms interested in taking part.
