Walraven oversees property operations for USAA Real Estate Company, a 12-time Energy Star Partner of the Year award winner. She also manages the development and support of portfolio strategy from a property operations perspective, in partnership with USAA Real Estate Company’s asset management teams, which includes property management, leasing, national accounts, sustainability, risk management and insurance.

Walraven is past chairman for BOMA International, past Board member and vice chair of the Real Estate Roundtable Sustainability Policy Advisory Council, served on Governor Schwarzenegger’s Real Estate Leadership Council, and has testified before Congress on issues of energy efficiency and sustainability. She speaks regularly on issues of sustainability, energy efficiency, change management and leadership.
