Full Moon was founded in 2011 by Matt Bieber. Mr. Bieber was formerly an analyst at Bear Sterns and a principal at venture capital firm Originate Ventures.
Full Moon is headed by Rich Milliman. Rich’s background includes being a management consultant with McKinsey and Company, running a recruiting firm purchased by Korn/Ferry International and heading the risk function of hedge fund Bridgewater Associates.
