“As scandal-after-scandal continues to be uncovered in Washington, it is apparent now more than ever we need new leadership in Washington. New leadership who can offer real solutions to the biggest problems facing us today, not more empty rhetoric," said Dr. Flinn.
Dr. George Flinn is a candidate running for U.S. Senate in Tennessee who offers real conservative solutions to the problems facing us today.
“Unlike Washington bureaucrats, I have a viable plan to fix our healthcare system, one that will restore the doctor/patient relationship which has been stripped away through Obamacare, along with principles such as portability, free markets, and right of conscious. As a physician and businessman, I personally know the devastating affects of Obamacare. We need to stop talking about it and act immediately to fix it,” said Dr. George Flinn.
“Tennesseans should also pay close attention to what is happening at our Veterans Hospitals because this is a preview of what Obamacare will bring us. We can expect to see the same long delays, waiting lists, and doctor/patient disconnect with Obamacare as we have seen with the Veterans scandal,” said Dr. Flinn.
“We should stop talking about amnesty and seal our borders immediately. Hundreds of illegal immigrants flood through the border each day. We shouldn’t be standing by and watching this happen,” said Dr. George Flinn.
“With the current situation, our Border Patrol agents have been forced to take on the role of babysitters. Meanwhile, the criminal element is seeping through our borders and infiltrating our country. It's not just about jobs, it's about the safety of the American people and we should be extremely concerned. We have a responsibility to protect the citizens of America and currently we are failing. We must take action to seal the borders now,” said Dr. Flinn.
“Race-to-the-top paved the way for Common Core and both are fundamentally wrong. Education, much like healthcare, is not one-size fits all. Every child is unique in their own special way and cannot be expected to conform to one national standard. Local government working in conjunction with parents, not Washington bureaucrats, should have control over education," said Dr. George Flinn.
Dr. George Flinn is the Conservative candidate running against Sen. Lamar Alexander, Tennessee’s incumbent of nearly 40 years.
