Dr. Judge will be responsible for building and leading the Stay Metrics research team. Tim Hindes, CEO of Stay Metrics, commented, "We are very excited to be able to work with Dr. Judge. Led by Professor Judge, Stay Metrics has established a Scientific Advisory Board which includes some of the world's best researchers in the areas of turnover, attitude assessment, recruitment and socialization. Through the work of Professor Judge, his research team and the Advisory Board, Stay Metrics' work reflects the latest, cutting-edge research findings in these and other areas.
Timothy Judge is the Franklin D. Schurz Professor of Management in the Mendoza College of Business, Notre Dame. Judge received his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1990. Previously, Judge was a faculty member at Cornell University, the University of Iowa and, most recently, the University of Florida. In his career, he has published 150 articles in refereed journals, including 88 articles in top-tier journals. Judge is a fellow of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, the American Psychological Society and the International Association of Applied Psychology. He serves on the editorial review boards of eight journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology and Personnel Psychology. He has served as Division Chair for the Human Resources Division of the Academy of Management. Judge's research has been cited more than 33,000 times by other researchers and his work is regularly featured in leading newspaper (New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today), magazine (Business Week, Fortune, Forbes), online (MSNBC, CNN.com, Huffington Post), television (Fox News, NBC News with Brian Williams, CBS News) and radio (BBC, NPR) outlets.
