Kelton Spain Joins Vets Plus, Inc. Sales Team as National Account Manager in Western U.S.
Menomonie, WI (PRWEB) July 01, 2014 -- Kelton Spain brings a 30 year record of success in animal nutrition sales to his new position with manufacturer Vets Plus, Inc. Spain will be National Account Manager for food animal business in the western United States.
Spain comes to Vets Plus after 4 years as a sales representative with Boehringer-Ingelheim VetMedica. He was responsible for representing the animal health company’s products for beef, dairy, equine and companion animals. He has held a variety of sales roles within the animal nutrition industry throughout his career, developing relationships with beef and dairy producers, veterinarians, and dealers across the western U.S.
Steve Vale, VP of Sales and Marketing at Vets Plus, is enthusiastic about the experience Spain brings to the team. Spain is a member of the Idaho and Oregon Cattlemen’s Associations, as well as the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS) and American Society of Animal Science. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and a master’s degree in Agricultural and Extension Education, both from University of Idaho. Spain resides in Idaho.
