New Services Offered By Automotive Software Company CAR-Research

The acquisition by AutoLoop further enhances the CAR-Research brand by adding or sharpening the software's communications tools.

CAR-Research, an automotive software company has announced new services following their recent partnership with AutoLoop, one of the premier customer engagement marketing outfits in the United States automotive dealership sector. CAR-Research is the creator of CAR-Research XRM, which is a customer relationship management (CRM) software for integration and automation of the day-to-day operations of dealerships.

Founded in 2005 and based in Houston, CAR-Research developed a system that goes beyond the CRM concept, thus the "XRM" acronym: "Extended Relationship Management."
