Central Realty Brings Urban Amenities to Small Towns
Coshocton, OH (PRWEB) July 03, 2014 -- Central Realty, a commercial real estate services company specializing in small town shopping centers, announced today that they have launched free WiFi at the Downtowner Plaza Shopping Center in Coshocton, OH. After acquiring Downtowner Plaza Shopping Center 6 years ago, Central Realty is leading the shopping center into the digital age. Nestled in the heart of the city, Downtowner Plaza is Coshocton's hometown shopping center. The center contains a mix of national, regional and independent retailers in addition to a variety of other services.
Matt Fagin, Associate at Central Realty who oversees Downtowner Plaza Shopping Center: “The world is changing rapidly for consumers. There are a lot of ways to build relationships these days and we wanted our tenants and the community to have some of the tools to foster building them. This is hopefully just the first step.”
Central Realty contracted with Reflective Group, a cloud tech company passionate about small towns, to design and install the WiFi solution. The solution calls for 3 separate 10 Mbps internet connections that will be distributed via WiFi base stations throughout the shopping center that relay and re-route the internet traffic as needed to optimize speed and reliability.
Central Realty was formed in 1996 by Dick Carpenter, Bob Horn and Scott Stinson with a specialty in leasing and managing retail properties in secondary and tertiary markets throughout the Midwest. Today, the company manages a 2,500,000 square foot portfolio of retail and industrial properties.
