Jacki Jones Launches North Atlanta Caring Transitions Franchise
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) July 01, 2014 -- After a career in education, Jacki Jones is striking out on her own and opening Caring Transitions in North Atlanta.

“My 91-year-old grandmother used to have an antique shop and I’ve always loved hearing her stories and her friends’ stories about life and their experiences. I found Caring Transitions in a Delta in-flight magazine and it looked like a perfect combination of my passion for the senior population and my desire to own a business. There are other companies in Atlanta who provide similar services, but none who do all of the services we offer at Caring Transitions,” Jones said.
Jones has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and a master’s in school counseling, as well as two years of experience in teaching business and eight years of experience as a school counselor. She also has training in helping people through disasters and sudden death, and is uniquely equipped to help families deal with what can be a very challenging time.
“I want to provide services that will allow families to continue to enjoy each other without the stress and heartache of relocating, downsizing or handling the estate of a loved one. Life transitions are very cumbersome and often more difficult than losing a loved one,” Jones said.
“I want them to feel like they’ve been working with someone who really cares – because we do. Our catch phrase is ‘we give value to life’s transitions’ and that’s true,” she added.
In addition to the Caring Transitions tools, each franchisee is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist, a designation bestowed by an independent organization that evaluates providers of senior relocation services. They are also trained, bonded, and insured.
