Announcement: GuitarControl.com releases “Great Guitar Lick for Starting a Blues Solo - Easy Blues Guitar Lesson”
(PRWEB) July 01, 2014 -- In this easy blues guitar lesson, you will learn one of the many core blues licks that every aspiring blues guitarist should know. This lick is based in the minor pentatonic scale and is demonstrated in the key of A, but can easily be transposed to any key. This is a lick that you can hear the likes of Stevie Ray Vaughn, B.B. King or Charlie Parker play all the time. MacLennan demonstrates how to play the lick as follows; 7th fret of the 4th string with 3rd finger, 5th fret of the 3rd string with 2nd finger, and do a slide into the 6th fret, 5th fret of the 2nd string with first finger to the 7th fret with 3rd finger, and finally the 5th fret of the first string with first finger. Jon demonstrates different variations that can be made of this cool lick to fit the feel of the song it’s being played with. Guitar TAB’s are available for this easy blues guitar lesson at GuitarControl.com.
