HealthWare Systems Wins Another Contract with Proprietary Patient Encounter Management Tool

Marina Del Rey Hospital will now utilize ActiveDEFENDER, HealthWare Systems’ closed-source software module for patient encounter management and registration accuracy. The solution is designed to prevent data errors from occurring during patient registration and beyond.

Beyond QA, ActiveDEFENDER also features accountability tools, deadline enforcements, patient status-change management, high-balance accounts management, concurrent review work queues, reconciliation routines, and comprehensive reporting.
