Jim’s experience at growing Intellectual patent portfolios at each company he worked for will enhance future opportunities for Quest Solution.
Henderson, Nevada (PRWEB) July 02, 2014
Quest Solution, Inc, "The Company" (OTCBB: QUES), is pleased to announce that it has formally established an independent Advisory Board. The Advisory Board will provide guidance and assistance in various aspects of the Company’s business and growth strategy.
“The creation of this Advisory Board is the next step in our continual pattern of transparency,” stated Jason Griffith, CEO, Quest Solution, Inc. “The added insight also provides us with a bounty of specialized expertise and additional relationships in the industry.”
The Company has named industry veteran Jim Holt as its first Advisory Board member. Holt has over 30 years in the mobile computing and wireless industry, having worked with Quest Solution executives Kurt Thomet and George Zicman early in their careers with Wi-Fi pioneer Aironet which was later acquired by Cisco Systems in a stock deal for $799 Million. Mr. Holt started his career with IBM and was fast tracked through seven promotions into sales and marketing leadership roles. He left IBM to join Telxon and its subsidiary Aironet and was a key member of the team that fueled 13 consecutive quarters of 40% growth before the Aironet IPO and sale to Cisco which was subsequently acquired by Symbol and then Motorola. Mr. Holt is a patent holder for Dynamic Cellular Communication Systems, utilized by Cisco-Aironet (U.S. Patent # 5,950,124).
Mr. Holt also served as Chief Marketing Officer at Computer Associates where he focused on branding and Mergers and Acquisitions, establishing a reputation for company integration and maintaining repeatable and sustainable revenue. Most recently, Mr. Holt has acted as President and CEO of RF Works, a wireless services organization serving heath care and other complex mobile and wireless industry segments.
“As an advisory board member, Jim will help Quest Solution in the acquisition and integration of strategic companies which will expand geographic coverage and improve software and services revenues,” stated Griffith. “Additionally, Jim’s experience at growing Intellectual patent portfolios at each company he worked for will enhance future opportunities for Quest Solution.
"Quest Solution is an innovative and driven company with high customer satisfaction,” said Holt, "I feel privileged to join this focused and dynamic team and look forward to working with my colleagues Kurt Thomet, George Zicman and all of the Quest Solution team in their next chapter of value creation."
