R2integrated Selected as National Aquarium’s Digital Agency of Record

R2i will provide the Aquarium with digital strategy and outreach support as part of their new role as digital AOR.

R2i, an integrated marketing experience agency, was selected by the National Aquarium, headquartered in Baltimore, MD, to serve as their new digital agency of record and will be focused on optimizing the Aquarium’s digital ecosystem inclusive of website enhancements; mobile experiences for their visitors and audience; and general digital outreach and audience engagements.

As the digital AOR, r2i will provide the Aquarium with a dedicated account manager and cross-discipline team whose expertise ranges from digital and social strategy to analytics and search, creative design to web strategy and development. The r2i team will provide monthly support, optimization and digital asset updates for the Aquarium’s main website, aqua.org, and will work closely with the Aquarium’s internal marketing team to ensure new offerings are highlighted and promoted through the Aquarium’s digital properties. Digital strategy and outreach support is inclusive of campaign ideation, audience outreach and engagement programs, content marketing and may integrate organic search, nurturing and loyalty programs.

R2i’s digital services are rooted in analytics and are a core component of any of its strategic service offerings. As such, the AOR engagement includes regular analytics and insights leveraging r2i’s custom visual analytics dashboard, market research, insights on user behavior and targeted outcomes and optimization recommendations for digital marketing campaigns.
