Respected Jurist Launches Radio Show to Demystify Courts and the Legal System for Women
San Antonio, Texas (PRWEB) July 05, 2014 -- Bexar County attorney and former County Court at Law #8 Judge Karen Crouch is launching a new, half-hour radio show to educate women about the courts and the law.
“Women and the Law” premieres Sunday, July 6, 2014, at 8 am on NewsTalk 930 KLUP. It will run through Sunday August 31, 2014. The shows will also be available on podcasts on the KLUP website – http://www.klup.com.
So, why the show? “I love to teach others about the law and the courts,” said Crouch.
The nine-show series covers nearly everything every woman might want to know about Bexar County Courts and the law – from how to bring a law suit, how to defend oneself, knowing when you need a lawyer, to how to find the right lawyer for you, and much more.
Crouch shares a number of “behind the scene” stories about the legal system throughout the series. One show focuses entirely on, ”You won’t believe what happened in court today!” – a look at the humorous things Crouch saw in her courtroom over the 16 years she presided over County Court at Law #8.
Veteran broadcaster and attorney Ron Aaron co-hosts the show with Crouch. “Karen was born to teach. She has the unique ability to take very complicated subjects and make them understandable to one and all. That,” says Aaron, “is a true talent.”
