Vivit, the Global HP Software User Community, Announces New Board Members and Officers
Boulder, CO (PRWEB) July 09, 2014 -- Vivit, the independent, worldwide HP Software user community, has closed their elections and announces the 2014-15 board members and officers. The International Board of Directors and Officers are member-nominated and elected. The board welcomed one new member and also elected officers on June 8, 2014.
International Board of Directors and Officers are as follows:

• Chris Scharer, Treasurer
• Colin Fries, Secretary (newly elected)
• Mark Herbert, Nominations Chair
• Christian Gerdes, Social Media and Web Chair
• Richard Bishop, Education Chair
• Tammy Young, Membership Chair
• Laura Walker, Special Interest Group & Local User Group Chair
The Board of Directors will govern and lead Vivit toward its strategic service goals of providing advocacy, community, education, and professional development. During the past two decades, Vivit has grown to over 23,000 members with 76 local user groups in 26 countries and 19 global special interest groups. Vivit continues to be the unbiased, trusted and field-tested community for HP Software customers, developers, and partners.
