Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) July 08, 2014 -- TenStep is launching version 13 of its globally recognized project management methodology. The TenStep Project Management Process is used by over 7,000 companies and individuals in over 15 languages.
Tom Mochal, President TenStep Inc., stated "We are proud to release this new methodology. It is our 13th upgrade since the methodology was published 14 years ago. We continue to make the methodology more and more valuable to our licensed users."
Here is a recap of the new version.
- The entire TenStep process was reviewed. Changes were made in grammar and syntax to make the content even easier to understand and to apply. For example, we tended to use the term "client" when referring to the generic role of customer and also the specific role of the sponsor. We have read the context of the term and replaced the term with "customer" or "sponsor" as appropriate.
- Two new e-books were added to the e-book library - the Project Management Book of Lists and the TenStep Minibook.
- New and updated e-classes were added. This includes the new ten-part Fundamentals of Project Management e-class.
- The website tabs were updated to have the same numbering system as the e-book. In the old release the numbering was not quite consistent from website to e-book. .
