Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm that assesses the best workplace cultures and programs in 45 countries. The institute's India organization evaluated the 600 companies who entered the process on two main areas:

A few of the other companies in the Top 50 were Google, SAP, Cisco, Vodaphone, Marriott Hotels and Hyatt Hotels.
