Gummy-Tip announces a tentative release date of March 28, 2015 for its newest product, the Gummy-Tip Condom.
Gummy-Tip Condoms perform exactly as basic male condoms do; however, this revolutionary new design will include edible, gummy-candy-capsules that are built into the tips of the condoms. The tips are approximately two inches in length and are designed to encapsulate semen. They're specially formulated with a non-toxic spermicide that kills spermatozoa on contact. If a condom breaks, the Gummy-Tip will begin to dissolve, allowing it to be easily excreted while killing spermatozoa in the process, further helping to prevent against unplanned pregnancies.
Message from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation:
"Male condoms are cheap, easy to manufacture, easy to distribute, and available globally, including in resource-poor settings, through numerous well-developed distribution channels," the foundation says. Nonetheless, many people are unwilling to use them because they feel condoms interfere with pleasure and intimacy, "a trade-off that many men find unacceptable," the foundation notes.
Inventor of the Gummy-Tip Condom product, Michael Fermin, adds:
"This happens because male condoms are thought only to protect us against deadly diseases and pregnancy. Of course such thoughts are going to interfere with pleasure the moment a man entangles with one. The process forces males to enter into a completely different frame of thought, which then leads to another issue many men have raised, stating that the use of male condoms has caused them to lose erections, causing certain anxieties and insecurities to set-in. Gummy-Tip Condoms not only perform exactly as basic male condoms do, but this profound candy-capsule design offers an added level of protection and confidence that will have men eager to try one on for size!"
With its allure of pleasure and added protection to both men and women worldwide, Gummy-Tip Condoms are sure to capture a large piece of combined markets estimated to be worth $11 billion a year.
“What if the condom breaks?" is a commonly asked question for which there really was no answer for, (unless preventative actions were taken ahead of time) until now. It certainly does appear as if this revolutionary new condom covers all of the bases. Perhaps this just might be…the next big thing.
