We are proud of Carol and Sandra for receiving this recognition and for consistently ranking among the very best in the United States,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America.
New York, NY (PRWEB) July 09, 2014
Carol Sollak of Engel & Völkers Wellington, Florida and Sandra Miller of Engel & Völkers Santa Monica, California were named two of America’s best by The Wall Street Journal and REAL Trends in their annual Top Thousand list which ranks the top real estate sales professionals in the U.S.
“We are proud of Carol and Sandra for receiving this recognition and for consistently ranking among the very best in the United States,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America. “By providing a high level of professionalism on a daily basis and maximizing the premium positioning of our brand and our international network, they also represent the best of Engel & Völkers as Private Office Advisors and are ranked in the top 10 within our global network spanning 38 countries worldwide.”
The Top Thousand is published each year and is based on independently verified data provided by U.S. brokerages and real estate associations throughout the United States. The list is comprised of categorized rankings that include the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume and by Transaction Sides and the Top 250 Teams by Sales Volume and by Transactions Sides.
Both Sollak and Miller were ranked in the Top 250 Agents by Sales Volume and are now among the top 1% of the 963,000 agents who were reviewed.
"These leading real estate sales professionals averaged more than 300 closed transactions and over $117 million in closed sales volume. Given the national averages are less than 10 closed transactions and less than $1.2 million in closed volume, these results speak to the extraordinary success of The Thousand,” said Steve Murray, publisher of REAL Trends The Thousand. “Being ranked in The Thousand, in short, is an incredible accomplishment,” he said. “These results are a testament to their skills and determination.”
“I am extremely thrilled to be included on The Thousand list,” said Sollak, who previously appeared in the rankings in 2008. “It adds to the many rewarding experiences in the real estate profession and the satisfaction in achieving the property goals of clients who expect the very best from me.”
“I am very happy to be on The Thousand list for the second year in a row,“ said Miller, who was previously ranked in 2013. “To me, this is a list of all those who are passionate about real estate, are experts in their markets and are committed to providing the best service for their clients, and I am proud to be among them.”
