Taylor is a rocket scientist who has worked with the Department of Defense and NASA for the past 25 years. He is currently working with next generation space launch concepts and space-based beamed energy systems. Taylor’s online bio describes him as the “poster boy” of creativity, innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
