Fairway America Announces Centauri Fund: A Pooled Investment Vehicle for Loans and Rehabs
Upland, CA (PRWEB) July 09, 2014 -- Fairway America, LLC (“Fairway”), a Portland OR based real estate asset based advisory and investment firm, is pleased to announce the formation of the Centauri Fund, LLC (the “Fund”), to be led by long-time and respected Los Angeles based real estate veterans Juan Carlos Quiroz-Zolezzi and Oscar A. Quiroz. In the last 18 months, Fairway has advised or consulted on over 20 new proprietary 506 Regulation D pooled investment funds such as Centauri and has quickly become known in the small balance real estate space as the go-to experts for creating high quality funds that appeal to investors.
Through their existing Southern California based real estate and private money lending business, the Quiroz brothers have built a solid track record of loans and rehabs, with a vertically integrated model.
