Longtime Association Management Execs John Felder and Shanne Ho to Help Company Chart Course for Continued Growth, Enhance Customer Service Tools, Support and Expertise

Seabreeze Management announced today that John Felder and Shanne Ho have each been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President.

Felder and Ho have both served the company and its clients in numerous capacities for the past two decades.

“Our company is fortunate to have two executives in John and Shanne who have devoted the vast majority of their careers to providing quality service to our clients and incredible leadership to this organization,” explained Seabreeze Management Founder and CEO Lisa Dale. “These promotions will greatly position us for continued growth and stronger client service solutions, tools and expertise.”

As Seabreeze continues its impressive growth throughout the region, Felder, overseeing and training Seabreeze’s talented community management team, will ensure that the standards by which the company’s clients have come to expect will be maintained.

“John has demonstrated exemplary client service, leadership and mentoring, business development and strategic management throughout his career,” explained Dale, who founded Seabreeze Management 27 years ago. “So he’s a natural fit for Senior Vice President and will provide the vision and leadership our team needs in order to take this company to the next level.

Felder has 20 years of experience in the field of community association management and has spent those years dedicated to Seabreeze Management and their clients. His professional credentials include the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM), through CACM and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation through CAI.

In her new role, Ho will oversee the enhancement of the company’s Internet technology, customer care, front desk and office support operations as well as in-house training and education programs.

“Our goal is to become the unquestioned industry leader in terms of customizable online client-service solutions,” said Isaiah Henry, Seabreeze President. “Shanne has the expertise and vision necessary to shepherd through several enhancements in our back-end operations that will offer greater internal efficiencies and, more importantly, more tangible conveniences for our valued customers.”

Shanne Ho has worked in the community association management field for over 20 years. Her formal education includes a B.S. in Economics from UC Irvine and professional credentials include the Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) designation from the California Association of Community Managers and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) certification. She is currently working on her High Rise Specialty Certification.

Long active in the Orange County Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI), Shanne earned the organization’s 1998 Outstanding Service Award and 2013 Recruiter of the Year Award. She has been a frequent guest speaker for industry programs and has served in many capacities for the CAI-OC, including currently serving on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Education Committee, Awards Committee, Spring Forum Committee and Manager Support Committee. She also previously served as Chair of the Membership and Social Committee.
