Come Celebrate the Full Moon on July 12, as Marin Country Mart Presents Moonlight Concert, 'Flying with Dragons'
Larkspur, CA (PRWEB) July 10, 2014 -- Marin Country Mart is pleased to present Moonlight Concert, a special musical event on July 12 from 6-9 p.m. Held under Marin Country Mart’s Big Tent, ‘Flying with Dragons’ is a complimentary rock ‘n’ roll concert and all are invited to attend. Performing are Jimmy Dillon, guitar and vocals; Karl Perazzo, percussion; David K. Mathews, keyboard; Tracy Blackman, guitar and vocals, Dewayne Pate, bass, and Kelli Dillon, percussion. Both Karl Perazzo and David K. Mathews are current members of the Santana Band, headed by the legendary Carlos Santana, who has sold more than 100 million records in his 40+ year career.
A highlight of the evening is the silent auction of a Paul Reed Smith Santana model electric guitar, signed by the maestro himself, Carlos Santana. Proceeds from the silent auction will benefit Blue Star Music Camps, located in San Anselmo. Founded and directed by Jimmy Dillon, Blue Star Music Camps provides a safe, encouraging and fun environment for youth, ages 13 and 18, to learn contemporary music, voice and theater skills from professional musicians, including Grammy-winning artists.
According to Diana Rodgers, Events Manager at Marin Country Mart, Moonlight Concert promises to be an entertaining event that all ages will enjoy. “Join us for a special evening for the whole family, to celebrate excellent local musicianship and summer fun.”
In addition, visitors can make a night of it with food and drink from one of Marin Country Mart’s artisanal eateries.

Additionally, parking on weekends and nights is available at no cost at the Larkspur Ferry Terminal Building, just a short stroll over a pedestrian bridge from Marin Country Mart.
